How to order?
Currently we only offer this service in Spain
If you have purchased the additional countertop service with your CUBRO project, we will explain the process:
1. Choosing the Countertop
During the design phase, you will choose the specifications for your countertop. Once the quote is confirmed and signed, this will be the detailed information that CUBRO will provide to the marble supplier for manufacturing.
2. Measurement and Installation of the Countertop
Projects with CUBRO Assembly
- Measurement: After the installation of your kitchen is completed, CUBRO will send the marble supplier the next day to take the measurements.
- Installation: The marble supplier has up to 10 working days to install the countertop in your home.
Projects without CUBRO Assembly
- Measurement: Once the kitchen installation is completed, you must notify CUBRO to coordinate the measurement.
- Recommendation: We recommend notifying CUBRO at least 7 days in advance to ensure the availability of the marble supplier.
- Installation: The manufacturing and installation time will be the same as for projects with assembly, meaning up to 10 working days from the measurement.
In both cases, the client must ensure that someone is present at the residence to receive the marble supplier for measurement and installation. If it is not possible to attend the appointment, this will directly affect the supplier's timeline.
3. Warranty
Any warranty related to the countertop is the responsibility of the marble supplier. CUBRO will act as an intermediary in case you need to file a claim.
CUBRO is committed to providing support and follow-up within its capabilities but cannot guarantee the resolution of issues beyond its control.
