This is due to the personalized nature of our products, which are designed and manufactured to fit your space and meet your specific requirements in terms of finish, color, materials, shape, size, and design.

About the Finish or Color

We understand that purchasing a custom-made product can raise some concerns. To help you make an informed decision, we offer samples of our finishes. These samples will give you a clear idea of the appearance, texture, and quality of the final product before placing your order. We encourage you to request and review these samples before making a purchase to ensure the final product meets your expectations.

About the Design

After making the initial payment with the Sales team, your order enters the design phase, during which our team will take the necessary time to review every detail. This process may include:

  • Video Call Consultations: We will contact you to fully understand your needs and preferences related to the project. This is particularly useful for projects with complex doubts that can be easily resolved.
  • Reviewing the Designated Space: Together, we ensure that all components included in the project fit perfectly into the installation area, avoiding inconsistencies or misunderstandings.
  • Final Approval: Once everything has been reviewed and confirmed, the client will receive detailed documentation specifying the exact dimensions of each element in their project. This ensures that both parties confirm the design and specifications before proceeding with production.
