Step 1: Receive packing materials
We will send you a packing kit that includes corner protectors, cardboard sides, and bubble wrap. This kit is designed to protect your piece during transport.
Step 2: How to pack the piece
- Protect the corners: Use the provided corner protectors to cover the corners of the piece. This prevents damage to the most vulnerable areas during transport.
- Reinforce the edges and sensitive surfaces: Place cardboard sides around the edges and any surface that could be scratched or impacted.
- Wrap the piece: Use the bubble wrap to completely cover the piece. If you need extra protection, you can use additional filler material or more bubble wrap.
- Secure the packaging: Make sure the piece is tightly secured within the packaging, with no room to move, to avoid any displacement or vibration that could cause damage during shipping.
Step 3: Arrange for collection
Once your piece is properly packed, contact us to arrange for collection. We will coordinate with the transportation services to pick up the package at the time and date that suits you best.
