Can I add or change a piece in my order?

It depends on the stage your project is in

If you have reviewed the documentation and something doesn’t seem right, but you haven’t signed it yet, we can modify whatever you need; you just have to contact your Design Expert.

However, if you have already signed the documentation assigned to your project, unfortunately, we cannot make any changes. Our production process is complex and involves several important phases with different procedures.

  1. Once the project is signed, it moves to the Pre-Production team, which will create the technical files for your project.
  2. These files calculate the confirmed pieces and distribute them onto the boards for cutting.
    Then, these files are sent to the workshop to organize production.
  3. This system allows us to guarantee the delivery times we commit to and ensure continuous production in the workshop.

If you need to change or add a piece, we will generate a new order, which must go through the same documentation and signing process.
