Everything you need to know about shipping

Shipping is a part of the process to which we have paid a lot of attention, for which we need logistics partners to transport and deliver the goods from our workshops to the agreed address.

CUBRO does not have its own storage facilities and dispatches projects as soon as they are completed by the workshop. If your construction is delayed and you need to store your order for a few weeks, consult our Storage Service or contact us.

1. Packaging

Our product has unique characteristics: it is heavy, bulky, delicate, and of superior quality. In the case of bathroom furniture, it may also contain extremely fragile items, such as sinks.

Projects are shipped in one or more boxes on a certified pallet measuring:

• Length: ↔240 cm
• Width: ⤡80 cm
• Height:  Depending on the number of packages in the order.

Each pallet can hold up to 4 pieces of bathroom furniture.

The weight of the pallets ranges from 50 to 150 kg.

The pallet contains:

• Bathroom furniture + hanging hardware.

• If you have chosen a sink, sink + overflow and drain connection piece.

2. Transit

As soon as the workshop informs us that the project is finished, we will generate the pick-up order with the logistics company:

• You will receive an e-mail with the tracking number the moment it is picked up.
• Transit time within mainland Europe usually takes between 7 to 14 working days from the time it is picked up. Please check with us if your timeline is tight.
• Holiday periods or high demand periods between Black Friday and Christmas can significantly affect transit times.

As an external company handles the transport, we cannot control the delivery dates, which are coordinated by the shipping company. Remember, fronts are a heavy and bulky product, and shipments depend on the volume, routes, and capacity of their vehicles.

You can track the order via the carrier's website using the tracking number we will provide you with. 

3. Delivery

As this is a large delivery, the transport company will contact you to arrange a delivery date.

Once the delivery date has been confirmed, your order will arrive at the agreed address. In Europe, transport companies are very strict and, above a certain weight, they do not enter private properties this is why boxes are unloaded at street level. But don't worry - the bulks are designed so that the larger pieces can easily be lifted by one or two people

If you notice any kind of damage or breakage in the packaging, please follow the instructions in the following article. Remember to sign the delivery note as NOT CONFORM if you notice any damage or breakage in the packaging.

4. Installation

We recommend that you consult our Bathroom Furniture Installation Guide. If you hire an external installer, be sure to share these guides with them well in advance.

Remember that, as this is a wall-mounted unit, the wall must be reinforced.
