Storage Service

We offer an external storage service for cases where the order cannot be delivered immediately

CUBRO provides an external storage service to keep orders safely stored until the customer is ready to receive them. Prior notice is essential, as our workshop does not have space for long-term storage. Storage is not included in the initial project estimate.

When is storage needed?

If delivery cannot take place as soon as the project is completed, external storage is available. By default, all orders are shipped immediately after production is finished. You must notify us in advance if you need to delay delivery, so we can arrange the transfer to the external warehouse.

Where is the order stored?

Orders are moved to a professional external warehouse until the agreed delivery date. The storage cost is calculated weekly based on the volume of goods (number and size of pallets).

Storage service fees include:

  • Secure warehouse custody

  • Goods insurance

  • Loading and unloading between CUBRO and the warehouse

  • Coordination of new shipping date based on the desired dates of reception, taking into account the transit estimation.

Most projects are packed on 1 pallet of 240x80 cm.

What if the order has already been shipped?

Once the order leaves our premises, it is handled by a logistics company. These companies can only hold the goods for up to 3 days. After that, they may charge a base rate of €10 per pallet per day, depending on their availability and conditions.

What if delivery fails?

If the carrier cannot reach the recipient or no delivery appointment can be confirmed, the goods may be returned to origin. In that case, additional costs may apply:

  • Return shipping fees

  • New delivery charges
