  • Piece identification: Each CUBRO item comes with a unique code on the back. This ID is crucial to start the claim process.

Photos of the damage:

  • Photo 1 - Detail of the defect: Place a 1€ coin next to the defect and take a close-up photo. This will help us assess the size and severity of the damage.

  • Photo 2 - Overall context of the piece: Without moving the coin, take a photo of the entire item. This gives a general view of the defect in relation to the rest of the item.

Additional review Before sending the information, please check all the received items for any other potential defects. It is important that all damages are reported in a single claim to ensure a fair and effective process.
