In this guide, we explain simply how to install covers and counter-covers in your kitchen, wardrobes, and bathrooms.
- Covers are essential pieces that are placed at the front of the furniture to cover the gaps between the furniture and the wall, providing a clean and aesthetic finish.
- Counter-covers are strips of plywood. A counter-cover is a piece that will remain hidden and helps to secure the cover to the adjacent furniture or wall. Its function is to provide an aesthetic finish and help support or seal the structure, thus improving insulation and stability.
- A strip is an optional decorative piece that is installed perpendicular to the cover.
- Each front comes identified with a sticker with a code marked with the letter T. This code will help you locate each of the pieces providing additional support behind the main covers.

Step-by-step instructions for mounting the covers
1. Measurement and cutting
- Measure the gaps: Take precise measurements of the space you want to cover.
- Cut the cover: Use a suitable saw to cut the cover to the correct size. Ensure the cuts are straight and precise. Consult the cutting guide.
2. Placing the cover
- Position the cover: Place the cover in the desired location, ensuring it is level.
- Fixing:
- With a drill: Make small guide holes in the cover and the furniture.
- Screw: Secure the cover with screws, ensuring not to tighten too much to avoid damage.
3. Installing counter-covers
- Position the counter-cover: Place the counter-cover on the back of the cover, aligning it correctly.
- Fixing: Use screws or strong adhesive to secure the counter-cover in place.
4. Final review
- Adjustments: Check that all covers are well secured and aligned. Make adjustments if necessary.
