You can rely on us for the installation of your fronts
For now, we can only offer Installation & Assembly Services in Spain
We offer assembly service in many spanish areas. Contact us to check if we can install in your city. Below are the service conditions to ensure an organised process:
1. Before Assembly
To ensure a smooth installation process, the site must be ready and meet the following conditions:
-
Completed works: All masonry, plumbing, electrical and gas works must be finished. This includes walls, floors and any other construction work in the installation area.
-
Wall reinforcement: If wall units are to be installed, the walls must be properly reinforced with metal sheeting or wood to support the weight.
-
Painting: If the area has been recently painted, the paint must have been applied at least 3 days prior to the installation to allow proper drying. CUBRO is not responsible for moisture damage caused by insufficient drying.
-
No other work in progress: During installation, no other trades should be working in the area. This ensures a safe and uninterrupted installation process.
-
Measurements and plans: The space must match the dimensions and specifications agreed upon in the signed plans.
2. Scope of Service
CUBRO will carry out the assembly of your kitchen furniture according to the approved design. However, the following are not included:
-
Plumbing: CUBRO does not connect water lines. You will need to hire a plumber to install the sink, tap, washer-dryer, and dishwasher once the assembly is completed.
-
Shelves: CUBRO supplies shelves but does not install them.
-
Lighting: CUBRO installs lighting elements in kitchen units but is not responsible for lighting installation in PAX units.
-
Appliance installation: CUBRO will only install appliances purchased through us. If you want to install an external appliance, you must inform us during the Design phase so we can validate it.
3. Process
Once confirmed with your Sales Specialist, the assembly service includes the following steps:
-
Measurement
We will schedule a visit with a technician to take initial measurements of the space and provide guidelines regarding electrical and water outlets, which must be shared with your renovation contractor. -
Final design and plans
Your Design Expert will contact you within 72 hours after the measurement to share the layout and elevation plans. It's the client's responsibility to review the documentation and confirm that openings, finishes, handles, and layout are correct. -
Once approved, your Design Expert will send the documents for signature and initiate the second payment request. Once payment is received, we will schedule the assembly date, depending on production and team availability.
-
Verification visit
Between 5 and 7 days before assembly, our team will visit the site to verify that everything is ready and matches the plans. This is essential to avoid delays and ensure efficient installation. -
Delivery of IKEA + CUBRO materials
CUBRO will schedule a convenient delivery date. Time slots will be 3–4 hours. -
Assembly
CUBRO will pre-schedule as many days as needed for installation. -
Final acceptance
Upon completion, the client must sign an acceptance form confirming the service, indicating any modifications compared to the original design.
CONDITIONS
IKEA materials
To book the assembly service, it is mandatory to also contract the IKEA purchasing service. This ensures no items are missing on installation day.
We are not responsible for IKEA stock shortages
Rescheduling and penalties
We understand that unexpected events can occur.
- If you need to reschedule or if the requirements in the "Before Assembly" section are not met, you must notify us at least 5 working days in advance without penalty.
- If the necessary conditions are not met on installation day, a penalty will be applied for lost time, and a new date will need to be scheduled, subject to availability.
IKEA + CUBRO Delivery
-
Delivery is usually scheduled 1–2 working days before the assembly date.
-
The client must ensure someone is present at the home to receive both IKEA and CUBRO materials.
-
If IKEA delivers directly, rescheduling will be handled by IKEA, and CUBRO will not be responsible.
-
If delivery is not possible within the indicated time frame, the delivery will be rescheduled, and assembly cannot begin on the planned date.
