Acclimatization Guide

Applies only to the LAMINATE and LINOLEUM ranges

Fronts from the LAMINATE and LINOLEUM ranges are made with birch plywood: a living material that requires adaptation to atmospheric and temperature conditions.

If your project is from the WOOD or LACQUER range, it is not necessary to follow these instructions.

To ensure the quality and durability of CUBRO fronts, it is essential to follow the acclimatization process correctly. Before installation, the fronts must rest for 5-7 days on a flat surface.

Steps for Acclimatization:

Unpacking:

  • Once you receive your furniture fronts, slightly tear the packaging to allow air to enter.
  • Handle the materials carefully to avoid damage.

Placement:

  • Place the fronts on a flat, smooth, and ideally insulated surface.
  • Avoid areas with potential moisture sources to prevent deformation.

Acclimatization Time:

  • Let the fronts rest horizontally for 5 to 7 days.
  • This period is especially crucial in warm seasons when atmospheric conditions fluctuate more.

Precautions During Acclimatization

  • Avoid pressure or weight on the fronts: Do not place heavy objects or abrasive materials on the fronts during the acclimatization period.
  • Keep the fronts away from walls: Do not lean the fronts against walls or other vertical objects that may alter their natural position.
