There is an error in my order. What should I do?

To ensure that your order has been dispatched correctly, it is crucial to review the Parts List to confirm that all pieces are correct and nothing is missing.

Once your order arrives, check the Parts List that accompanies the order. This list includes the name and measurements of each piece in your project. Locate each piece and make sure all pieces match your order.

After the verification process, if any piece is missing or does not match your order, contact us providing the ID of the piece (The ID is a sticker located on the B side of each piece, identified by a number, you can also find the ID in the Parts List)

This claim must be made within the first three days after receiving your order. Write to hello@cubrodesign.com. Our Customer Care team will assess the situation to determine if it is an incident and how we should resolve it. You will receive a response within 1 or 2 business days.

We will assist and support you throughout the process. Our commitment is to ensure that your product arrives in perfect condition. We will always try to find the most sustainable and environmentally friendly solution to our incidents, minimizing waste and material consumption as much as possible.
