I'm missing a piece, what should I do?

Steps to follow if a piece is missing from your order. In case of finding errors in your order, the claim must be made within three days after delivery.

If you're missing a piece, here's what you should do:

  1. Verification Process: Ensure you have all the pieces for your project. Review the Parts List (a detailed list of all necessary pieces, including names and measurements). Use this list to locate each piece and confirm that everything is correct.
  2. Locate all pieces: If any piece is missing from your order, look for the sticker located on the B side of your piece, where you'll find a number, which is the identification (ID) of the piece. This is the information we need.
  3. Contact us: If any piece is missing, inform us by providing the ID and write an email to hello@cubrodesign.com . Our Customer Care team will assess the situation to determine if it is an issue and how we should resolve it. You will receive a response within an estimated time of 1 or 2 business days.
