What types of wardrobes can I set up with the PAX system from IKEA and CUBRO?

Configure your wardrobe with CUBRO: choose from freestanding, built-in, or walk-in models, and customize with options including doors, niches, and combinations of doors and drawers.

At CUBRO, we know that wardrobes are more than just simple wall-to-wall structures. Explore our range of wardrobes, organized by type of installation and design, to find the perfect solution that optimizes your space.

Types of installation

  • Freestanding wardrobe: This type is independent and doesn't need to be built into the wall. It's ideal if you rent your home or plan to move, as you can take it with you.
  • Built-in wardrobe: Designed to fully integrate into a designated space, fitting the specific measurements of the wall. It maximizes space use and contributes to a coherent and aesthetically pleasing interior design. Perfect for permanent residences where an integrated and discreet storage solution is desired.
  • Tailor-made/open wardrobe: Creates a tailored open space that fits the dimensions of your room, providing organized and aesthetic access. It offers easy and visual access to all your clothes and accessories, simplifying daily organization and selection. Great for those who want a boutique-like space and have enough room to dedicate to a wardrobe.

Types of design

  1. Basic wardrobe: A wall-to-wall wardrobe with a clean, simple design focused on functionality. Typically configured with only doors for a minimalist look.
  2. Tailor-made wardrobe: It is designed specifically to fit a unique space and style. It can have different styles:
    1. With niches: Incorporates recesses that provide depth and interesting dimensions, making the room appear larger. Ideal for adding character to the space without compromising storage.
    2. Combination of doors and drawers: Merges the best of both worlds to offer versatility and accessibility. Doors for hanging long garments and drawers for accessories and folded clothes.Note that in this case, you will need to use the METOD system, as the PAX system only includes internal drawers.
