How are CUBRO fronts shipped?

Information about the shipping of fronts, products, and packaging.

At CUBRO, we ensure that your fronts arrive in the best possible conditions. Here we explain how the shipping process is carried out and the recommendations for handling and acclimatizing the fronts.

Transport box and packaging: The fronts are delivered in a transport box. The products travel in a sturdy box on a pallet, individually wrapped or in groups. Included inside the box are:

  • Necessary documentation.
  • A box with extra material: first cleaning kit and surface handles if chosen.

Handling recommendations: It is suggested to have time and help available to empty the transport box. If your fronts are from the LAMINATE and LINOLEUM ranges (with birch plywood), the fronts must be removed from their packaging and left to rest to properly undergo the acclimation period. Follow this guide to ensure the best conditions in the assembly of the fronts. Download your acclimation guide.

Steps for acclimation:

1. Unpacking:

  • Once you receive your furniture fronts, it is advisable to remove all the bubble wrap.

  • To protect the fronts on the construction site from possible damage or impacts, if you prefer not to unpack them completely, we suggest cutting the bubble wrap longitudinally. This will allow adequate acclimation while keeping them protected on the top and bottom.

  • Ensure to handle the materials carefully to avoid damage.

2. Placement:

  • Place the fronts on a flat, smooth, and ideally isolated surface.

  • Avoid areas with potential sources of moisture to prevent any deformation.

3. Acclimation time:

  • Leave the fronts resting horizontally for a period of 5 to 7 days.

  • This time is crucial especially in warm seasons where atmospheric conditions fluctuate more.

 Precautions during acclimation

  • Avoid pressure or weight on the fronts: Do not place heavy objects or abrasive materials on the fronts during the acclimation period.

  • Keep the fronts away from the walls: Do not lean the fronts against the walls or other vertical objects that may alter their natural position.
