IKEA METOD - Kitchens
The METOD kitchen system, launched by IKEA in 2014, replaced the older FAKTUM system. This innovative system is noted for its modern and versatile design, making it easy to create custom solutions for any type of kitchen. METOD offers numerous storage options, such as cabinets, drawers, and shelves, as well as a wide range of finishes and colors to match any decorative style. It is also compatible with a broad array of accessories, including LED lighting, waste bins, drawer organizers, and much more.
Due to its exceptional flexibility, METOD is the preferred system by CUBRO. Besides being ideal for kitchens, METOD can be used in any space where custom furniture is needed that fits perfectly with the environment: TV furniture, living room storage, hallways, bathrooms, and bedrooms.

IKEA FAKTUM - Kitchens (prior to 2014)
The FAKTUM kitchen system, predecessor to METOD, was marketed by IKEA until 2014. This system was known for its simplicity and functionality, offering a wide range of storage solutions and finishes.
Although the FAKTUM system has been discontinued from the IKEA catalog, many of our customers still enjoy FAKTUM kitchens in excellent condition. For those looking to refresh the style of their kitchen, CUBRO fronts represent an ideal option.
Our proposal for these projects is simple: avoid discarding the interiors and get a completely renovated kitchen just by changing the fronts. Thus, we contribute to more responsible and environmentally friendly consumption.

IKEA PAX - Bedroom Wardrobes
The versatile and customizable PAX wardrobe system from IKEA is widely recognized for its adaptability to any room size, thanks to its multiple width, height, and depth options. One of the main attractions of the PAX system lies in its countless possibilities for internal storage and organization, such as drawers, pull-out shelves, bars, shoe organizers, accessories, lighting, and more.

IKEA GODMORGON - Bathroom Furniture (prior to 2024)
The GODMORGON bathroom system, predecessor to ÄNGSJÖN, was marketed by IKEA until 2024. This system was characterized by its modern and elegant design, offering a wide range of storage options, including cabinets, shelves, and drawers. Additionally, Godmorgon was adaptable to any size and style of bathroom, featuring multiple finishes and colors to match any style of decor.
CUBRO Refacing: Although the GODMORGON system has been retired from the IKEA catalog, many of our clients still enjoy GODMORGON furniture in excellent condition. For those wishing to renew the style of their bathroom, CUBRO fronts represent an ideal option.

CUBRO - Bathroom Furniture
If you want a new piece of furniture for your bathroom, we offer 2 alternatives:
1. CUBRO furniture without IKEA structures: As the bathroom furniture is very small, from the end of 2023, we have launched the option to design a 100% CUBRO product, where you don't have to worry about buying structures and fronts separately. This bet on a simpler product in the bathroom is still in development, and that's why we've only launched it in the LACQUER range.You can configure and buy your product directly on our website without needing to go through the Design team.
2. Use IKEA structures: If the LACQUER range does not convince you, and you would like to explore other finishes, the only viable alternative is to build your furniture using the structures from the flexible METOD kitchen system. We recommend using the cabinets with reduced depth (39cm) in their different width options (40, 60, 80, etc...). You only have to choose the panels and drawer fronts that best match the style of your bathroom.

IKEA - Other systems NOT compatible with CUBRO
In our effort to be universal, we would like to adapt to any existing system. However, for various reasons, we have chosen to discard some of them listed below.
- Living room furniture BESTA: It's a very flexible system but not intended to be fully paneled. Its structures are designed to be seen from the sides, and although its finishes are more low-cost than those of METOD, we think
- Bookshelves BILLY: its structure is not solid enough to hold a heavy, quality door like that of CUBRO.
- Dressers MALM: like Billy, its price is unbeatable, but its durability is not optimal for a quality hack with our fronts. If you want our fronts for a mid-height drawer storage, write to us, and we will help you do something very special and flexible with METOD (the kitchen system).
- Wardrobes PLATSA: we think the PAX wardrobe system is more robust and attractive in terms of interiors. That's why we don't manufacture doors for this system.
- Bathrooms ÄNGSJÖN, replacing GODMORGON: at CUBRO, we have decided not to adapt this new model to our solutions due to its non-modular design, which would involve discarding up to 90% of the original furniture, including fronts and side panels. This situation goes against our values as at CUBRO, we are committed to sustainability and reducing waste.
- Tables: We do not manufacture specific boards for table systems. However, you can order a board of the dimensions you need to fit your current legs. We regret if your current furniture is among those mentioned. However, you can consider selling it on a second-hand platform and opt for a more durable solution with CUBRO and one of the compatible IKEA systems.
Other manufacturers
Occasionally, and properly assessing the state of the project, CUBRO can manufacture a custom element compatible with furniture systems from other manufacturers.
