Cleaning LAMINATE Metal

We provide you with some practical recommendations to ensure the durability and functionality of the fronts LAMINATE Metal.

LAMINATE Metal Cleaning

It is a material enhanced with resistant technology and very easy to clean. We recommend treating all fronts with care and performing regular cleaning to prevent dirt from accumulating on the surfaces.

Pay attention to avoid bumps and scratches that may damage the surfaces. If the LAMINATE surface is superficially damaged, it can be touched up.

Daily Cleaning

The most recommended way to clean a laminate surface is with hot water. Since laminate is resistant, you can also use any household cleaning product and even solvents like acetone if necessary. In the latter case, always follow the product instructions.

To avoid damaging the structure, do not use:

  • Products containing abrasive components as they damage the surface.
  • Abrasive sponges or metallic scourers.
  • Furniture polishes or products with a wax base as they tend to leave a greasy layer on the fronts that traps dirt.

For daily cleaning:

  • Apply water or a household cleaning product.

  • Rinse with hot water to prevent residue from remaining.

  • Dry with a clean cloth.

  • If the stain persists, DO NOT use abrasive creams or scouring pads.

Tough Stains

If regular cleaning has not been performed and a stain has persisted and hardened, follow these instructions to remove it.

Step 1

  • Spray a kitchen degreaser over the entire surface.

  • Use hot water and gently rub with a clean cloth to remove any residue.

  • Rinse the surface with plenty of hot water and dry it with a clean cloth.

Step 2

  • Spray an anti-limescale product over the entire surface.

  • Use hot water and gently rub with a clean cloth to remove any residue.

  • Rinse the surface with plenty of hot water and dry it with a clean cloth.

Step 3

  • Rub a melamine sponge or magic eraser in circular motions.

  • Rinse the surface with plenty of hot water and dry it with a clean cloth. If any stain still remains, you can apply acetone to the affected area.

Always follow the safety instructions of the product. After applying it, remember to rinse well and dry the surface.
